Police have advised Members of Parliament stay put inside.

However, the evacuation was delayed after a suspicious package was found in a vehicle and the bomb squad were called in to deal with it.
Witnesses described seeing an Asian guy in his 40 carrying a knife and running across the bridge and towards the Houses of Parliament.
A man was seen running from the 4x4 vehicle.
Witness: 'I saw 8-10 people lying on ground in Westminster.
Police are on the scene along with 15 ambulances at the westminster gate.
The video shows several people recieved "catastrophic" injuries on westminster bridge near Big Ben.
