APPEAL FOLLOWING AN INCIDENT INVOLVING DOGS IN BUSHEY

Both animals were black and tan in colour with long fur, and behaved aggressively towards the victim.

 

The incident happened in London Road at 6.30am on Friday, February 3.

 

The victim, a woman in her 40s, was walking her dog when she was approached from behind by two large German Shepherds who began chasing her.

 

Officers investigating an incident involving two dogs in Bushey are appealing for information and witnesses.

 

Neither animal was on a lead and they appeared to be unaccompanied.

 

The victim, who was not injured in the incident, was helped by a member of the public before both dogs ran off.

 

Anyone who saw what happened, believes they know the owner of the German Shepherd dogs or has any information that could assist the investigation should call Hertfordshire Constabulary’s non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference number J2/17/156.
